Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, though slightly smaller than expected, are nicely decorated and very modern, which was a plus. However, the disruptive noise from a loud party in the middle of the night was a major inconvenience. The hotel is spacious and convenient for families with small kids or toddlers when the windows are shut.
The hotel offers spacious rooms overlooking San Sebastián, ideal for a comfortable stay with some noise disturbances. The service is a mix of slow and hospitable staff, but overall accommodating. The location provides fantastic views of the city but has some accessibility challenges. The dining experience is abundant with a variety of choices. The facilities are satisfactory.
I had such a mixed experience at this hotel! On the bright side, I got to enjoy three amazing sunsets overlooking San Sebastián, but the 'spa' they advertised turned out to be a letdown with its tiny pool, cold mini pool, and small sauna and steam room. Quite outrageous if you ask me!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of natural light, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout the day. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location was perfect, close to the beach, old town shops, and easy access to transportation. The dining experience was good, although a bit pricey for multiple visits. Overall, a great value for the money spent.
The hotel had a large room with a stylish shower in the turret of the older building, but the window faced construction noise. The service was super nice, and the location was convenient for exploring the old town. The dining experience was great, offering a variety of delicious options. However, some facilities like the wellness area required additional payment.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable, but we were unfortunately disturbed by a loud party in the middle of the night which was quite underwhelming. The 'spa' facilities left much to be desired. The staff, however, were a mixed bag; while some were overworked and inhospitable, others went out of their way to help, especially at the beautiful rooftop pool. The location was excellent, with easy access to the main street through a secure hallway, but the neighborhood felt a bit cagey. The dining experience was a highlight with a marvelous spread of food, although breakfast could get a bit challenging at times. Overall, the hotel had some ups and downs with its facilities.
